Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 10 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be longer.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer Standard / Express / Free over $100 shipping within your region.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard: 14-45 business days

    • Express: 5-14 business days

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries/regions in the world.

  • International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically take 5-45 business days

  • Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. ShopatPerth is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at shopcrown19@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
